Abstract:
Provided are a motor winding welding electrode and a motor winding welding process; a welding electrode comprises an upper electrode (1) and a lower electrode (2) which both are made of good electrical conductors and used for clamping the ends of two wires to be welded, and a groove (202) is disposed at one end of the lower electrode body (201) of the lower electrode (2); the upper electrode body (101) of the upper electrode (1) has an upper electrode end face (103); the ends of the two wires are located between the end surface of the upper electrode (103) and the bottom surface of the groove (207), or are located between the end surface of the upper electrode (103) and the back side (205) of the bottom surface of the groove; the welding process comprises the following steps: welding two layers of wires in a wire motor winding; then re-welding two other layers of wires in the motor winding which are not connected to the two layers of wires being welded, or re-welding one other layer of wire, in the motor winding, which is connected to the two layers of wires being welded. Using the described welding electrode and welding process, it is possible to prevent the interference of other wires in the welding operation, and it is convenient to implement electrical resistance welding of motor windings.
