Title:
MOUSE ANTIBODY V-REGION GENE FRAGMENT AND PREPARATION OF CHIMERA ANTIBODY BY USING SAID GENE FRAGMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1991/006649
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to a V-region gene fragment of a mouse monoclonal antibody against an antigen derived from colon cancer colon 6; a plasmid on which is supported a chimera antibody gene wherein said gene fragment is ligated to a human antibody C-region gene, etc.; a host transformed by using said plasmid, and a method of preparing a chimera antiboby by culturing said host to express the chimera antibody, wherein the chimera antibody can be efficiently produced in a stable manner especially when yeast is used as the host.
