Abstract:
This movement cost estimation device comprises: a congestion status acquisition unit that acquires actual congestion status data; a congestion status prediction unit that uses a congestion status prediction model to predict the congestion status of visitors after the current point in time on the basis of the acquired actual congestion status data; an estimation unit that estimates a time required corresponding to the congestion status prediction data by using a time required prediction model which is generated by machine learning using actual congestion status data and actual time required data as training data and which, using the congestion status prediction data obtained by prediction as input, outputs a predicted amount of time required for an autonomous moving body to move along a route in a city block; and a calculation unit that calculates a movement cost of the autonomous moving body on the basis of the estimated time required.
