Abstract:
A mover position calibration method for a direct-drive transmission system. The method comprises: when a mover in-place signal corresponding to a preset detection site is received, controlling an image collection apparatus arranged above the detection site to collect a mover image (201); performing feature recognition on the mover image, so as to acquire an actual coordinate position of a preset feature image area in the mover image (202); generating a mover in-place detection result on the basis of the actual coordinate position (203); and generating a corresponding mover position calibration signal with reference to the rotor in-place detection result (204). A non-contact visual detection site is configured for a direct-drive transmission system, and in-place detection and position calibration are performed on a mover by means of image processing, thereby reducing the operation complexity, and improving the calibration efficiency, as well as the reliability of a calibration result. Further provided are a mover position calibration apparatus for a direct-drive transmission system, and a calibration device and a computer-readable storage medium.
