Abstract:
The present invention is a moving vehicle (M) provided with a storage cell (3) and a charging means (1, 2) for charging power into the storage cell, wherein the moving vehicle is equipped with: a navigation device (4) for generating, and issuing notification of, information providing guidance to a power supply facility (T); and a vehicle controller (5) for causing the navigation device to issue notification of the information providing guidance to the power supply facility when the charge level in the storage battery falls to a threshold value.
