Abstract:
According to the present invention, disclosed are a multi non-coplanar arc-based cone beam computed tomography system and an image reconstruction method, the system comprising an image processing unit which matches a pre-stored previous image with multiple non-coplanar images to generate arc-specific previous image and detects an overlapping area between the arc-specific previous image and a reconstructed non-coplanar image to generate a reconstructed image so as to improve non-coplanar CBCT image quality.
