Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose cool mat and a manufacturing method therefor, the cool mat being able to actively maintain the body temperature via a body contact when placed on the floor or a chair, and providing a more comfortable feeling of use by reducing the fatigue level of a foot by evenly dispersing the pressure applied to the sole of the foot, and relieving discomfort due to moisture or temperature by being used at an appropriate temperature for the sole of the foot even during a long period of use, the cool mat comprising: a mat main body which is provided to have a predetermined surface area, in front of a sink, and bears the body weight of a user; a first cooling sheet provided to protrude at the upper center of the mat main body; and second cooling sheets which have a plurality of cooling protrusions geometrically arranged in a foldable manner on both sides of the first cooling sheet, and which are provided on both sides of the mat main body. The present invention provides a multi-purpose cool mat manufacturing process comprising: a preparation step for preparing a mold having a molding space corresponding to the shape of a cool mat, and inputting a first cooling sheet which is to be injected; a first molding step for forming, via a primary press of the mold, an internal space in the first cooling sheet, while forming cooling protrusions on the cool mat, and arced protrusions; an input step for inputting, to the internal space, a pocket accommodating a phase change material therein; and a second molding step for finishing the internal space via a secondary press, after inputting a finishing sheet for covering the internal space.
