Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a multi-window tiled display control method and an electronic device. By means of a moving operation in respect of a window of a first application or a window of a second application in a display screen, the window of the first application and the window of the second application are tiled on a display interface. In addition, the display interface displays a first tiling control, the first tiling control displaying application identifiers respectively corresponding to the first application and the second application, and the relative position relationship of the application identifiers in the first tiling control representing the relative position relationship of the tiled windows in the display screen. Further, in the embodiments of the present application, the tiled display state and the individual display state of the windows can be both present and, by means of a clicking operation in respect of different application identifiers, a user can quickly switch a specific window between the tiled display state and the individual display state. The method reduces the complexity of user operations, is friendly to users, and improves the efficiency of the users to simultaneously use multiple windows, thereby improving the user experience.
