Abstract:
A multifunctional high-strength composite fabric coating agent, comprising a resin, a reinforcing agent with a reactive group on the surface, a bifunctional dispersing agent, a leveling agent, a film forming agent, a softening agent, an antibacterial agent, and a solvent. The reinforcing agent is surface-modified nanoparticles having an active functional group of any one or a combination of two or more of -OH, -NH3, -COOH, and an epoxy group. The coating agent is applied to the surface of a fabric substrate by means of knife coating, roll coating, calendering, or dipping, to form a coating with a thickness of 5-10 μm, such that the fabric has high tensile breaking strength, bursting strength, and tear properties.
