Abstract:
Provided are a multilayer ceramic capacitor in which low ESL characteristics can be improved, and a mounting structure for said multilayer ceramic capacitor. A laminated ceramic capacitor according to the present invention comprises: a laminate body that includes a plurality of laminated dielectric layers, a first main surface and a second main surface on opposite sides from each other in the height direction, a first side surface and a second side surface on opposite sides from each other in a width direction that is orthogonal to the height direction, and a first end surface and a second end surface that are on opposite sides from each other in a length direction that is orthogonal to the the height direction and the width direction; a plurality of first internal electrode layers that are laminated on the plurality of dielectric layers and drawn out at the first end surface and the second end surface; a plurality of second internal electrode layers that are laminated on the plurality of dielectric layers and drawn out at the first side surface and the second side surface; a first external electrode that is located on the first end surface and connected to the first internal electrode layers; a second external electrode that is located on the second end surface and connected to the first internal electrode layers; a third external electrode that is located on the first side surface and connected to the second internal electrode layers; and a fourth external electrode that is located on the second side surface and connected to the second internal electrode layers. Each first internal electrode layer includes a first facing portion that faces a second internal electrode layer, a first drawn-out portion that is drawn out at the first end surface, and a second drawn-out portion that extends from the first facing portion and is drawn out at the second end surface, and each second internal electrode layer includes a second facing portion that faces a first internal electrode layer, a first extended portion that extends from the second facing portion and is drawn out at the first side surface, and a second extended portion that extends from the second facing portion and is drawn out at the second side surface. Part of or the entirety of the first extended portion and the second extended portion is bent so as to be oriented toward the second main surface.
