Abstract:

The invention concerns an aqueous suspension of nanocapsules containing, in an aqueous medium, nanocapsules comprising a polymer coating and a lipid core containing an oily solvent. The invention is characterised in that said lipid core contains at least a steroid selected among: DHEA, its chemical or biological precursors and its chemical and metabolic derivatives and said oily solvent comprises at least a compound selected among certain classes of DHEA solvents. The invention also concerns a cosmetic and/or dermatological composition comprising said suspension of nanocapsules in a physiologically acceptable medium. The invention further concerns the cosmetic and dermatological uses of said composition, in particular for preventing or treating skin aging symptoms.
