Title:
NBR COMPOSITION AND RUBBER MATERIAL FOR SEALING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/026283
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an NBR composition that does not substantially include a causal substance for insoluble material, prevents the generation of insoluble material caused by fuel extraction, has excellent ozone resistance and kneading machine discharge properties, and achieves a first compression permanent set deformation and a second compression permanent set deformation of 46% or lower. The NBR composition is characterized by being obtained by mixing an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and by either not combining a causal substance for insoluble material with a polymer of 100 parts by weight containing 15.70-17.50 wt% of PVC, or combining a maximum of 0.15 parts by weight max. of said causal substance with said polymer.
