Abstract:
Disclosed is a neighbouring cell optimization method. The method comprises: collecting data of soft handoff and virtual handoff; acquiring a preliminary result of neighbouring cell optimization according to the collected data of soft handoff and virtual handoff and a pre-set handoff threshold; and adjusting the preliminary result of neighbouring cell optimization according to pre-set neighbouring cell parameters. Also disclosed is a terminal.
