Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of medical instruments. Disclosed are a nerve stimulation apparatus and system, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The apparatus comprises: a pulse delivery module 201, a sensing module 202, and a control module 203, wherein the pulse delivery module 201 is used for delivering a pulse according to an instruction of the control module 203; the sensing module 202 is used for sensing an electrically evoked compound action potential according to an instruction of the control module 203; and the control module 203 is used for instructing, after pulse delivery of the current pulse delivery cycle, the sensing module 202 to sense an electrically evoked compound action potential, acquiring an ECAP peak-to-peak ratio of the electrically evoked compound action potential, and when the ECAP peak-to-peak ratio is not within a comfort interval, adjusting the amplitude of a subsequently delivered pulse until the ECAP peak-to-peak ratio is within the comfort interval, the comfort interval comprising a dimension of the amplitude of the pulse and a dimension of the ECAP peak-to-peak ratio of the electrically evoked compound action potential. Stress of different nerve fibers is reflected by using an ECAP peak-to-peak ratio, and the amplitude of a pulse is adjusted according to the ECAP peak-to-peak ratio, thereby improving the clinical effect of the nerve stimulation apparatus.
