Abstract:
Disclosed is a new type pyrrolidine type compound as represented by formula (A), or an isomer, an N-oxide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and prodrug thereof. Also disclosed are a preparation method therefor, and a composition and the use thereof. The compound is used as a cationic lipid, is suitable for a pharmaceutical composition for nucleic acid delivery, and can achieve a better stability, pKa value and intracellular delivery efficiency of drugs.
