The present invention relates to a noise prevention and cooling apparatus for a compressor which prevents noise and cools heat generated from a small compressor. The apparatus comprises: a compressor main body (10); a protective box (20) which encloses and protects the compressor main body and thereby arrests the noise generated from the compressor; a cooling water tube (30) which coils the compressor to cool the heat generated from the compressor; a cooling water reservoir (40) which is connected to the cooling water tube and stores cooling water; a driving pump (50) which circulates the cooling water to flow through the cooling water tube; a cooling tank (60) which is attached to the side of a cylinder head of the compressor main body to cool the heat generated from the cylinder head of the compressor main body ; a plurality of springs (70) which are connected to the compressor main body and the protective box, and which help the compressor main body to be suspended in the air so as not to come in direct contact with the protective box, thereby absorbing vibration generated from the compressor main body; and a cooler (80) which cools the cooling water flowing through the cooling water tube.
