The present invention relates to a non-contact safety detection apparatus which, when a power door is operated using a motor, can detect, in a non-contact manner, a human body getting caught in the power door, and as a non-contact sensor detects a door frame itself at a time point when the power door closes adjacent to the door frame itself, can prevent malfunction due to the human body being caught. The non-contact safety detection apparatus comprises: a sensing unit including a plurality of sensors provided on one side of a movable or fixed body and having same basic sensor output values detected in a state where there is no foreign matter or human body approaching; a detection unit that detects a sensor output difference value between respective sensors on the basis of a detection result detected through the plurality of sensors; and a comparison unit that compares the sensor output difference value with a preset pinch threshold level and outputs a pinch signal when the sensor output difference value is out of a preset pinch threshold level range. Thus, an effect of preventing malfunction by detection of the door frame itself without receiving location information about the power door is obtained.
