Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tire integrated with a wheel and a manufacturing method therefor, and, more specifically, to a non-pneumatic tire integrated with a wheel, having improved drivability, and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the tire integrated with the wheel is manufactured by vulcanizing a half-finished product, in which elastic materials and tread rubber are strip-molded, onto a finished automobile wheel; a part of the center of a rim, which is the principal surface of the outer side of the wheel, is formed in multiple stages having small diameters; rim flanges protruding in a T-shape are formed on both sides of the rim to fix the position of an elastic layer formed on the lower part of the rim flanges; a tread layer is formed so as to cover the top surface of the rim flanges, thereby dispersing a load delivered from the ground while allowing damping caused by the elastic layer.
