Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus sp. strain and various uses of extracellular vesicles derived from the strain, and may provide novel Lactobacillus kefirgranum and extracellular vesicles derived therefrom. The present invention may also provide a pharmaceutical composition and antiviral composition for the prevention, amelioration or treatment of inflammatory diseases, comprising the extracellular vesicles as an active ingredient, and in particular, may provide a pharmaceutical composition which has fewer side effects than synthetic drugs and is effective in the prevention, amelioration or treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.
