Abstract:

The present invention relates to a novel oxazolidinone derivative, and particularly to a novel oxazolidinone compound having a cyclic amidrazone group. In addition, the invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for antibiotics containing the novel oxazolidinone derivative and a prodrug thereof, a hydrate, a solvate and an enantiomer thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts as active ingredients. The novel oxazolidinone derivative and a prodrug thereof, a hydrate, a solvate and an enantiomer thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts as active ingredients according to the present invention have a wide antibacterial spectrum for drug-resistant bacteria, low toxicity, and a strong antibacterial effect against gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. Therefore, the invention can be useful as an antibiotic.
