Abstract:
The invention discloses a new kind of polypeptide - HOMO Glutamine(Q)-Rich factor (56) and polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing said polypeptide by recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as cancer, angiocardiopathy, nervous system disease, immune disease and phlogosis. The antibody and antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO Glutamine(Q)-Rich factor (56).
