Abstract:
The invention disclosed a new kind of human ataxia-telangiectasiamutein 11 and the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant methods. It also disclosed the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as ataxia-telangeictasia, breast carcinoma, leucosis, leucoma, other kinds of tumor, immune disease, development disease, inflammation, hemopathy, HIV infection. The antagonist of the polypeptide and therapeutic use ofthe same is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said human ataxia-telangiectasia mutein 11.
