Abstract:
The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide, a human kinase uridylate 12, the polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide and the method for producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The invention also discloses the uses of the polypeptide in methods for treating various diseases, such as sterility, pregnancy pathology, embryonic development disorders, growth development disorders, various tumours and various hereditary diseases. The invention also discloses the agonists against the polypeptide and the therapeutic action thereof. The invention also discloses the uses of the polynucleotide encoding the novel human kinase uridylate 12.
