Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel protein specifically binding to calreticulin and having the scaffold of human fibronectin domain III and a use thereof, wherein the protein can be used for diagnosing cell damage in an early stage to early determine cancer therapy effects and rapidly evaluate in vivo toxicity, thus finding advantageous applications as a candidate material for probes for in vivo diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
