Abstract:
A nucleic acid aptamer test strip, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof, belonging to the technical field of pathogenic bacterium detection. The nucleic acid aptamer test strip comprises: a sample pad (1), a conjugate pad (2), a nitrocellulose membrane (3), a water absorbent pad (6) and a base plate (7). The conjugate pad (2) contains one or multiple capture aptamers. The nitrocellulose membrane (3) contains one or multiple test lines (4) and a control line (5), the test line (4) containing a test aptamer, and the control line (5) containing a control aptamer. The capture aptamer on the conjugate pad (2) is modified on silver-core gold-shell nanoparticles. The nucleic acid aptamer test strip uses a nucleic acid aptamer in replacement of an antibody, uses a sandwich assay to capture pathogenic bacteria, and further uses the silver-core gold-shell nanoparticles as a signal amplification element in replacement of colloidal gold used by traditional test strips, thus raising the detection sensitivity, lowering the detection cost, and achieving easy operation. Further, the nucleic acid aptamer test strip allows naked eye detection and observation, has high stability, and is suitable for on-site rapid detection.
