Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nucleoside derivative, which can be used for the prevention or treatment of cancer by inhibiting a kinase, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same, wherein the nucleoside derivative has inhibitory activity against kinases such as NTRK1, CSNK1D, DYRK1A, DYRK1B, and FLT3, and thus, exhibits inhibitory activity against various cancer cells directly or indirectly related to the kinase, so that the nucleoside derivative can be used to prevent or treat various cancers such as lung cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, and prostate cancer.
