Abstract:
This NC device (1), which is a numerical control device, comprises: a program analysis unit (23) that obtains a movement path for moving a material supply position in a workpiece through the analysis of a machining program (20); a heat storage temperature extraction unit (24) that extracts, from data on the surface temperature of the workpiece, a heat storage temperature in a movement path-containing area of the workpiece; and a lamination volume calculation unit (25) that calculates the volume of a layer, which forms a molded object, on the basis of a relationship between the heat storage temperature and the volume of a material which coagulates in a certain period of time at the corresponding heat storage temperature; and a lamination shape change unit (26) that changes the shape of the layer, on the basis of the volume of the layer.
