Abstract:
An oil pressure monitoring device for a diaphragm compressor cylinder, comprising a piston rod (1) and a strain strip circuit, wherein the strain strip circuit comprises a strain strip assembly (2) and a bridge circuit which are connected to each other, and the strain strip assembly (2) is disposed on the surface of the piston rod (1). Also disclosed is an oil pressure monitoring method for the diaphragm compressor cylinder. Since the strain strip assembly (2) is non-invasively placed on the piston rod (1) of the diaphragm compressor to measure the load of the piston rod (1), oil pressure may be measured indirectly, and the oil pressure of a diaphragm compressor may be safely measured without damage. In addition, the oil pressure may be accurately monitored in high pressure conditions.
