Abstract:
Provided are: a one-part water-based thermosetting antifogging coating composition containing: (A) a water-based resin composition that contains an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic polymer that has at least a carboxyl group as an active hydrogen group and has a glass transition temperature of at least 30°C and an aqueous dispersion of a urethane polymer; (B) a hydrophilic compound; and (C) a water-soluble and water-dispersible crosslinking agent, and an antifogging coating film provided by curing the antifogging coating composition.
