Abstract:
An online automatic cleaning machine comprises a workbench (310) and a rolling frame (340) arranged on the workbench (310), wherein the rolling frame (340) is provided with a cleaning device (320) and a drying device (330) arranged at the downstream of the cleaning device (320), and workpieces (400) to be cleaned are transferred by the rolling frame (340); the rolling frame (340) comprises driving shafts (3401) arranged in rows, driven shafts (3402) arranged in rows, a transmission structure and a driving motor (3403), wherein the driving motor (3403) drives the transmission structure to drive the driving shafts (3401) and the driven shafts (3402) to rotate so as to drive the workpieces (400) to be cleaned to move; the cleaning device (320) comprises a cleaning structure (3201), the drying device (330) comprises a drying structure (3301), the cleaning structure (3201) and the drying structure (3301) are both aligned with the rolling frame (340). In addition, the cleaning machine further comprises a control system. The design of the cleaning device, the drying device and the like can realize continuous online cleaning of the workpieces with good cleaning effect and improved production efficiency, and multiple machines run by one person can be realized.
