Abstract:
An operation regulating method for a gas path of a rapid thermal cracking RoHS detector, wherein the gas path of the detector comprises a cracking component and a gas path regulating system; the gas path regulating system comprises a solenoid valve, a regulating valve, and an EPC control component (1); the EPC control component (1) controls the flow direction and the rate of a sample gas in the gas path regulating system by controlling the on and off of the solenoid valve and the regulating valve. The operation regulating method comprises a preparing and readying process, a sample feeding process, and a reverse blowing process. A regulating valve set can be adjusted upon thermal cracking detection to regulate the concentration of the sample gas; after thermal cracking is finished, a solenoid valve set is turned on or off to reversely blow a gas flow, such that the sample gas residue is greatly reduced, thereby ensuring the accuracy and stability of a detection result. Moreover, the connection mode is simple, debugging is facilitated, the stability of a product can be effectively improved, and the difficulty of production and debugging is effectively reduced.
