Provided is an optical film, comprising an absorption film and a first anti-reflection layer, which are arranged in a stacked manner, wherein the absorption film is used for being arranged close to an LED lamp bead side of a display module, the absorption film has a plurality of meshes corresponding to LED lamp beads of the display module, and the meshes penetrate through the absorption film in the thickness direction of the absorption film; and the absorption film comprises a light absorption material, and the light absorption rate of the absorption film is 50% to 100%. Further provided is an LED display screen using the optical film. By means of the optical film, the reflection of ambient light can be effectively reduced, thereby significantly increasing the contrast of an LED display screen; and on the basis of meshes on an absorption film having a high light absorption rate corresponding to LED lamp beads, the absorption film does not significantly reduce the luminous brightness of the LED display screen, such that the display screen can realize both a high luminous brightness and a high contrast.
