Abstract:

Provided in the present application is an optical lens assembly method, comprising: 1) preparing a first lens component comprising at least one first lens and a second lens component comprising at least one second lens; 2) capturing the first lens component; 3) according to a distance measurement result, adjusting an orientation of the first lens component on an orientation adjustment degree of freedom, causing an included angle between end surfaces the first and second lens components to be less than an angle of inclination threshold; 4) adjusting the first lens component on a linear motion degree of freedom so as to complete pre-positioning; 5) according to an actual imaging result, performing active calibration of a position of the first lens component on a linear motion degree of freedom; and 6) fixing the first and second lens components together, causing relative positions of the two to remain the relative positions determined by active calibration. Also provided in the present application are a corresponding optical lens and camera module, and an assembly method therefor. The present application can improve overall production effectiveness of an active calibration technology-based optical lens or camera module.
