Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an optical power supply converter capable of reducing, from light having been inputted via an optical fiber cable into a semiconductor light reception element formed of circular light reception parts (12) that are obtained by being equally divided radially about the center thereof and that are connected in series, wasted light and causing light to uniformly enter. [Solution] This optical power supply converter has an optical system through which light entering via an optical fiber cable passes, and a semiconductor light reception element for converting light having entered via the optical system into a photoelectric current, and is configured such that: circular light reception parts (12) of the semiconductor light reception element are provided with a plurality of photodiodes which are obtained by being equally divided by means of a plurality of linear isolation grooves extending from the center (C) of the light reception parts and are connected in series by means of a plurality of conductive members; the optical system has a collimator lens (6) and an axicon lens (7); parallel light (L2) having been converted through the collimator lens (6) is converted into annular light (L3) through the axicon lens (7), and is caused to enter each of the plurality of photodiodes of the circular light reception parts (12) with the same light amount.
