Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an oral composition in which bitterness originating from ergothioneine or a salt thereof and an odor originating from chondroitin sulfate or a salt thereof are suppressed despite the oral composition containing ergothioneine or a salt thereof and chondroitin sulfate or a salt thereof. The present invention relates to an oral composition containing a component (A) and a component (B), namely, (A) ergothioneine or a salt thereof and (B) chondroitin sulfate or a salt thereof, in which the weight ratio ((B)/(A)) of the component (B) (in terms of chondroitin sulfate) to the component (A) (in terms of ergothioneine) is 2-60.
