Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a gelation-induced ordered assembly method. According to the method, ordered assembly of assembly elements is realized on the basis of electrostatic interaction between an assembly substrate and the assembly elements. Specifically, a substrate capable of releasing charged particles is placed in an assembly liquid to obtain an ordered assembly material; the assembly liquid contains the assembly elements; the assembly elements can form electrostatic interaction with the charged particles. Furthermore, the present invention further improves the degree of orientation of the assembly material on the basis of gel-induced orientation. According to the present invention, ordered assembly preparation and microstructure control for a nano material are simply and conveniently realized, and nano composite materials of various forms and functions are prepared by using substrates having complex shapes and various materials as templates.
