Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an organic acid lithium amino acid salt. The organic acid lithium is one or more of lithium isobutyrate, lithium n-butyrate, lithium lactate, lithium citrate or lithium cholesterol; the amino acid is one of L-proline, valine, lysine or artificially synthesized amino acids. The organic acid lithium amino acid salt is a salt formed by the organic acid lithium and the amino acid. Also disclosed in the present invention are a crystal form, a preparation method, and an application of the salt. The organic acid lithium amino acid salt of the present invention has a positive treatment and prevention effect on repeated mania and depression in bipolar disorder, can delay the degeneration of the central nervous system, achieves better distribution in the central nervous system, and reduces the clinical dosage of a lithium salt while enhancing the treatment effect of central nervous system diseases, thus avoiding the occurrence of peripheral adverse effects.
