Abstract:
A first electrode layer and a connection wiring connected to the first electrode layer are provided on a substrate. An organic functional layer comprising an organic material and a second electrode layer are stacked on the first electrode layer, configuring an organic EL element. A sealing layer is provided so as to cover the organic EL element and the connection wiring. The connection wiring has a fuse section that is disconnected by an overcurrent. The upper surface of the fuse section is in contact with an air gap layer.
