Title:
ORGANIC-INORGANIC COMPLEX, AND FORMING COMPOSITION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/010217
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an anchor coat material that can be used as an anchor coat between a substrate and a metal deposition film during heat curing treatment. This organic-inorganic complex forming composition, which can be used as the anchor coat material of the present invention, contains the following components: a) at least one type of organic silicon compound (Si1), and/or a condensate thereof, represented by formula (I) RnSiX4-n ... (I) (In the formula, R represents an organic group comprising a Si to which a carbon atom is directly bonded, and X represents a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group. n represents 1 or 2, and when n is 2, then the R's may be the same or different, and when (4-n) is greater than or equal to 2, then the X's may be the same or different.) wherein the solubility parameter (SP1) of R, obtained by Fedors' estimation method, is less than the solubility parameter (SP2) of a thermosetting compound, obtained by Fedors' estimation method, and the difference therebetween is 1.6 or greater; and b) a thermosetting compound (but not an olefin polymer)
