Abstract:
An ostomy system (100, 200), comprising a handle (30), a sheath assembly (20), and a stentrode (10, 201); the sheath assembly (20) comprises a sheath (21) and a push-delivery member (23, 623) movably inserted in the sheath (21); the stentrode (10, 201) is fixed to the distal end of the push-delivery member (23, 623) and is accommodated in the sheath (21); the stentrode (10, 201) creates a diversion channel in the tissue at the location of ostomy by means of expansion and ablation; the handle (30) comprises a delivery device (35), said delivery device (35) comprising a sheath connector structure (353, 653), a push-rod connector structure (355, 655), and a transmission structure (356, 656); the sheath connector structure (353, 653) is fixedly connected to the proximal end of the sheath (21); the push rod connector structure (355, 655) is fixedly connected to the proximal end of the push-delivery member (23, 623); the push-rod connector structure (355, 655) is connected to the sheath connector structure (353, 653) via the transmission structure (356, 656); the sheath connector structure (353, 653) drives the sheath (21) to move in the axial direction; the transmission structure (356, 656) drives the push-rod connector structure (355, 655) to push the push-delivery member (23, 623) to move in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the sheath (21), and thereby releases or draws back the stentrode (10, 201).
