The present invention relates to a paper cup with an attached handle for retaining a beverage while the user holds the paper cup. The paper cup comprises: a cylinder-shaped cup main body wherein the upper end is opened to receive the beverage; and a handle comprising a contact member attached to the outer wall of the cup main body and a pair of loop members symmetrically formed in the right and left sides of the contact member and comprising through-holes for penetration of a user's fingers. The pair of loop members: are movable between a first position where the loop members are attached to the outer wall of the cup main body and a second position where the loop members face each other by being bent on the edges where the contact member contacts the loop members; and comprise an attaching means installed on the paper cup in order to attach and fix the loop members to each other when the loop members are in the second position. The present invention keeps the handle in a stable form by attaching and fixing the loop members to each other, thereby enabling stable grip of the handle in order to prevent the received beverage from being shaken and spilling out, and prevents the loop members from being separated from each other, thereby enabling a user to easily grip the handle.
