A PCT and CRP quantitative combined detection chromatography test strip and manufacturing method thereof, the test strip comprising: a substrate and a coating film disposed on the substrate, the coating film being provided with a sample pad, a coating line area and an absorbent paper thereon, the coating line area comprising: a label line coated with a fluorescent latex label antibody, a quality control line coated with a chicken IgY antibody, a CRP detection line coated with another CRP monoclonal antibody capable of specifically being combined with a to-be-detected antigen CRP, and a PCT detection line coated with another PCT monoclonal antibody capable of specifically being combined with a to-be-detected antigen PCT all sequentially arranged in parallel from an end adjacent to the sample pad to an end adjacent to the absorbent paper. The test strip simplifies the structure of a common test strip, and removes a combining pad the fluorescent latex label antibody in traditional test strip cures with, such that the antibody is cured on the coating film instead, thus improving test precision and reducing test strip cost.
