The method comprises: determining a CORESET priority rule; on the basis of the CORESET priority rule, selecting at least one CORESET from a plurality of CORESETs; and on the basis of the at least one CORESET, transmitting a PDCCH at an overlapping PDCCH monitoring occasion.
