Abstract:
The compound 3-carbonyl-[Arg-Gly-Asp]-1methyleneamine-tetrahydro-beta-carboline, a process for its preparation and its activity as an inhibitor of alphavbeta3 integrins are described. This compound is useful for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of diseases due to abnormal angiogenesis.
