Abstract:
Disclosed are a pericardiocentesis device and a pericardiocentesis method, relating to the technical field of medical apparatuses and instruments and used for solving, to a certain extent, the technical problem of it being difficult to monitor the movement of a puncture needle in real time and at a plurality of angles during a pericardiocentesis process, and it thus being difficult to accurately locate the relative position between the puncture needle and the myocardium and the relative position between the puncture needle and the pericardium, and the technical problem of the tip of the puncture needle being sharp and lacking a protective structure and consequently being prone to damaging the myocardium and making a puncture operation uncontrollable, thus bringing about a puncture failure and even severe complications, such as a pericardial tamponade. The pericardiocentesis device is used for a three-dimensional mapping system, and comprises a puncture needle main body (1) and an inner core rod (2), wherein the puncture needle main body (1) is tubular and conductive; one end of the puncture needle main body (1) is provided with a puncture portion (101), and the other end thereof is provided with a holding portion (3); a connecting line interface (4) is provided on the holding portion (3); one end of the inner core rod (2) can sequentially penetrate the holding portion (3) and the puncture portion (101) of the puncture needle main body (1) and extends out of the puncture portion (101); and the inner core rod (2) is conductive.
