Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a permanent magnet motor. The permanent magnet motor comprises a stator structure and a rotor structure. The stator structure is sleeved outside the rotor structure. The rotor structure comprises: a first rotor core; a second rotor core, a plurality of mounting grooves being provided in the circumferential direction of the second rotor core at intervals; first permanent magnets arranged in the circumferential direction of the second rotor core; and second permanent magnets mounted in the mounting grooves. The first permanent magnets are respectively arranged at two ends of the second rotor core, and the first rotor core is arranged on the side of the first permanent magnets away from the second rotor core. The stator structure comprises a stator core. The total height of the rotor structure in the axial direction of the permanent magnet motor is z, the height of the stator core in the axial direction of the permanent magnet motor is y, and z/y is smaller than or equal to 4. According to the permanent magnet motor provided in the present application, a matching relationship between the stator structure and the rotor structure can be optimized, the utilization rate of the stator core and a stator field is increased, the cost of the permanent magnet motor is lowered, and the volume of a stator portion with iron loss is reduced, thereby decreasing the iron loss.
