Title:
PHOSPHOR-INTEGRATED NANOPARTICLES FOR TARGET SUBSTANCE DETECTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/148985
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide phosphor-integrated nanoparticles for target substance detection having improved staining performance for labeling and detecting a target protein at high accuracy. [Solution] The phosphor-integrated nanoparticles for target substance detection are phosphor-integrated nanoparticles for target substance detection obtained by surface modifying phosphor-integrated nanoparticles by a surface modification molecule, the surface modification molecule being at least one surface modification molecule selected from the group consisting of single-chain antibodies and aptamers containing a heavy chain variable region.
