Abstract:
A piezoelectric element for a speaker and a manufacturing method therefor are provided. The piezoelectric element for a speaker comprises: a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic layers stacked in the thickness direction thereof; and a plurality of electrodes arranged along the outer wall of the stacked plurality of piezoelectric ceramic layers so as to be connected to center portions of respective sides of the plurality of piezoelectric ceramic layers, wherein each of the plurality of piezoelectric ceramic layers is etched such that center portions of some of a plurality of sides are etched, and the plurality of piezoelectric ceramic layers are stacked on each other in the thickness direction such that non-etched sides among the plurality of sides do not overlap with each other.
