Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pipe bending apparatus with a sliding-driven roller bracket, the apparatus having an effect of improving the efficiency of a bending operation while preventing the generation of breakage in equipment according to the influence of upper weight because a movement of a support roller located under a bending shoe is improved from an existing moving-up/down type to a sliding-type in the back and forth directions. To implement this, the present invention provides a pipe bending apparatus comprising: a bending shoe (20) which is formed on one side of a body frame (10) to be rotatable by a rotating shaft (21); a handle rod (30) which is fixedly formed on the bending shoe (20); a rotating lever (40) configured to transfer a rotation force to the bending shoe (20); a roller bracket (50) which is provided under the bending shoe (20) and has a plurality of support rollers (51) on both upper sides thereof for supporting a pipe (P); and floating blocks (60) which are connected by a rotating rod (61) at the lower portions thereof so that the roller bracket (50) can be moved, wherein a guide plate (70) is provided on one side of the body frame (10) and guides the floating blocks (60) to move while sliding in the back and forth directions along with the roller bracket (50), a manipulation lever (80) is provided on one side of the guide plate (70) and manipulates the sliding movement of the floating blocks (60), and a lever shaft (81) connected to the manipulation lever (80) is connected to the floating blocks (60) via a driving link (90) on the lower portion of the guide plate (70).
