Abstract:
A pipe clamp, with sound-proof soft cushion layers (4, 5), capable of fixing a pipe in advance is provided with two main bodies (1, 2) clamped face to face, a mechanism (3) locking the two main bodies (1, 2) and a mechanism (8) through which the body (1) is connected to a supporting body. After clamping and locking the pipe, the two main bodies (1, 2) form a circle or an oval. Soft cushion layers (4, 5) are attached to the inner surfaces of the two main bodies (1, 2). A soft cushion layer (5) is attached to the inner surface of a cambered surface, only with the arc length smaller than or equal to that of a semi circle arc, of a main body (1) with the arc length larger than that of the semi circle arc; and hard clamping protrusions (6, 7) are installed on the surfaces of the left and right inner sides of a circular arc with the arc length larger than and close to that of the semi circle arc or of a plane, and are clamped on the left and right top ends of the soft cushion layer through a U-shaped mode. The minimum distance C between the left and right hard clamping protrusions (6, 7) is slightly smaller than the external diameter D of the fixed pipe. The pipe clamp is simple and reasonable in structure. Although the soft cushion layer (5) is attached to the inner surface of a main body (1) with the arc length larger than that of the circular arc of the semi-circle, the body (1) can independently, temporarily and stably fix the pipe in advance. In the process of actually installing and testing a suspended pipe, an installment worker does not need to repeatedly lock and open the other main body (2) of the pipe clamp.
